Deciding to come to therapy can be a difficult process. Choosing a therapist who you think will be a good fit usually starts with what services or expertise they may provide. While I'm comfortable working with clients on a wide range of topics, I try to limit my focus and expertise to the topics listed below. These are general topics and are not here for you to figure out how you may or may not "fit" into them. I invite you to take a few minutes to read more about these subjects.
