I enjoy working with adult individuals who are seeking counseling to address issues such as anxiety, panic, self-doubt, depression, grief, life transitions, divorce, fertility issues, OCD, parenting challenges, stress management, health issues, relationship problems, and family conflict.
I practice integrative psychotherapy, utilizing a variety of different approaches to meet the needs of each individual client. My practice is informed by mindfulness and insight oriented therapies. Compassion and empathy for self and others provide the groundwork for my approach to healing.
